Who is a good candidate for LASIK surgery?

If you suffer from nearsightedness (myopia), farsightedness (hyperopia), or astigmatism you may be a good candidate for LASIK surgery.  To ensure a good outcome for you surgery a careful evaluation of your eyes is needed.

Who may not be a good candidate for LASIK surgery?

If you suffer from persistent dry eyes, have an immune system disease, or have other eye problems you may not be a good candidate for LASIK surgery.  However, once these conditions are under control, you might be a good candidate.  The best way to learn if you’re an ideal candidate is to contact Eyes of Texas Laser Center and come in for a free screening, or come to one of our free seminars to learn more.
